Mr Readhead holds the degrees of Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Jurisprudence from the University of Western Australia.  He has spent the last 28 years practicing in the resources law area and was a partner of a major Perth Law firm before forming his own practice 11 years ago.  He is now a partner of the law firm Allion Legal. 

Mr Readhead has had a significant role in the development of a number of mining projects within Australia, Africa and South East Asia.  Mr Readhead is a director of a number of listed and unlisted companies.

Mr Tan is an experienced operations executive with over 24 years of experience in the mining and chemical industry. He has also a proven background in both marketing and business development. Mr Tan has been in managerial roles with SCM Chemicals and Sons of Gwalia; and General Manager roles at Westlime, Iluka Resources (MW), Imdex Minerals and Metals X Limited. During his time at Iluka, he won the Prime Minister’s Community and Business Partnership award for industry  commitment  to  local communities in WA. Mr  Tan  is  a  former  Chairman  of the Western Australian Chamber of Minerals and Energy’s Murchison Regional Council.  Mr Tan managed the Lithium Mineral and Lithium Carbonate plants at Sons of Gwalia, Greenbushes operations in 1995.  Mr Tan was previously the Managing Director of Nickelore Limited.

Mr Robert Wanless is a prospector and mining investor with 33 years mining industry experience, he was employed by Placer Exploration Limited as a professional prospector and exploration supervisor covering South East Asia and Australia including exploration at Laloki, Watut and Pleysumi (PNG) and throughout Western Australia.  Since then he embarked on all aspects of mineral exploration, assessment, acquisition, fieldwork, development and mining, mainly in Western Australia.  He has negotiated numerous mining related sale and joint venture agreements with several International and Australian mining companies involving gold, base metals and industrial mineral properties.  Recently he managed the Alicia Gold Mine in Western Australia.  He is a past founding director of ASX listed Greenstone Resources NL.

Mr Ren has extensive finance experience and is the co-founder, Director and President of Creat Group Ltd.  He was previously Chief Executive Officer of Creat Resources Holdings Limited and is currently non executive director.  Mr Ren’s previous directorships include Beijing Keruicheng Mining Investment Co Ltd and Yantai North Andre Juice Co.   He has significant experience in establishing and operating businesses in the Peoples Republic of China. 

Mr Kwan is an experienced director in Hong Kong.   Mr Kwan is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has been a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants since 1982.  He completed the Stanford Executive Program in 1992.  Mr Kwan was previously the President and Chief Operating Officer for the Asia Pacific Region of Merrill Lynch & Co.  Mr Kwan is currently non-executive director of China Properties Group Ltd, JF Household Furnishings Ltd, Hutchison Harbour Ring Ltd, Soundwill Holdings Ltd, Win Hanverky Holdings Ltd, SPG Land (Holdings) Ltd and Sunlight REIT.  He was previously an independent non-executive director of Hutchison Telecommunications International Ltd, TS Telecom Technologies Ltd and Yaohan International Holdings Ltd. 

Mr Tse has 20 years of corporate experience in numerous high-growth industries such as technology, internet/mobile, media & entertainment, and resource & commodities – primarily in senior management, capital markets and M&A roles across Greater China and Asia Pacific in general. His previous management roles include various positions in News Corporation's STAR TV, the Deputy General Manager of TOM Online, Director of Corporate Development at Hutchison Whampoa's TOM Group, President of China Entertainment Television (a joint venture between TOM and Time Warner), and CEO of CSN Corp. He also holds the position of Senior Advisor to the Endemol Group, Advisor to Exicon, Plukka, and Music Matters, as well as being a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Directors (HKIoD) and a member of the Hong Kong Mining Investment Professionals Association (HKMIPA).
